Required Skills

  • 5-10 years’ experience in business development for global SW/HW
    companies (start up’s or mature) who sells products to RTU/PLC and
    industrial controllers manufacturers such as Siemens, GE, ABB,
    Honeywell, Emerson, Motorola, Rockwell, Omron, etc.
  • Relationship with global critical infrastructure companies and know-how
    in SCADA/ICS operations such as electricity, utilities, gas, water, oil etc.
  • Experience in open new markets, identity the customers, sign POC’s and
    strategic partnerships agreements
  • Experience in working with OT (advantage)
  • Proven record in signing OEM agreements that generated revenues
  • Experience in establishing distribution channels: global system
    integrators (SI), VAR
  • Knowledge in IoT and Cyber markets – advantage
  • MBO based on quantitative KPI’s
  • Self-driven and self-motivated, can-do attitude
  • Ability to operate in constantly changing start-up environment, to work
    under pressure and meet deadline requirements
  • Build relationships with customers, creativity, independent, decision-
    making, negotiation, high communication, representative, hand on, fast
    learner, loyalty, outstanding oral and written skills
